The Service is owned and operated by a limited liability company registered in Costa Rica, licensed in the State of Anjouan under the Computer Gaming Licensing Act 007 of 2005.

2.3. Player Accountability

It is your obligation to verify that your involvement with Highballers is lawful where you reside and that you meet all legal requirements applicable to you. You must not use a VPN, proxy, or similar service or device that masks or manipulates the identification of your real location.

2.4. Restricted Countries

Access to Highballers is restricted from the following countries: Afghanistan, Albania, Armenia, Austria, Australia, Belarus, Bosnia and Herzegovina, Bulgaria, Costa Rica, Estonia, France and its territories, Germany, Guadeloupe, India, Iran, Iraq, Israel, Kosovo, Martinique, Mayotte, Moldova, Montenegro, Myanmar, Netherlands and its territories, North Macedonia, Pakistan, Réunion, Romania, Russia, Serbia, Slovakia, Spain, UAE, United Kingdom, United States and its territories, Zimbabwe, the Union of Comoros, and all FATF blacklisted countries, as well as any other jurisdictions deemed prohibited by the Anjouan Offshore Financial Authority. These restrictions apply to both fiat and cryptocurrency transactions. It is your responsibility to ensure you are not accessing the platform from a prohibited jurisdiction.

3. Your Highballers Account

3.1. Creating an Account

To place bets on Highballers, you must first open an official account. Only one account is permitted per user, household, device, or IP address. Creating multiple accounts is a violation and may result in closure of all related accounts, nullification of bets, and forfeiture of funds, winnings, or bonuses. If you believe you have accidentally opened more than one account, you must notify us immediately via customer support.

3.2. Accurate Registration Details

All registration information — including your full name, date of birth, valid email address, and physical address — must be truthful, complete, and current. Inaccurate or false details may cause account restrictions or recovery issues. We may immediately suspend your account if you intentionally provide false or inaccurate personal information, and we reserve the right to take legal action in certain circumstances.

3.3. Login and Account Security

When creating your account, you will select a secure username and password. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. Highballers is not liable for losses resulting from unauthorized access due to shared or compromised credentials. You are advised to change your password regularly and never disclose it to any third party. If you believe your account has been compromised, you must notify us immediately.

3.4. Right to Deny or Close Accounts

Highballers retains the right to reject registrations or close accounts at its discretion, without being required to provide a reason. All valid balances at the time of closure will be refunded and any outstanding obligations will be honoured.

3.5. Banned Activities

The use of automated systems, bots, or scripts is strictly prohibited. Collusion and any form of cheating will result in voided gameplay and potential account action. You must not attempt to manipulate any market or element within the Service in a manner that adversely affects its integrity.

3.6. Self-Exclusion and Account Controls

Players may request self-exclusion, upon which Highballers will block account access. During any self-exclusion period, you must not open new accounts. Highballers is not liable for activity on accounts not disclosed by the player. To request self-exclusion, contact our Customer Support team using your registered email address.

3.7. Setting Loss Limits

Highballers allows players to set loss limits directly through account settings or by contacting customer support.

3.8. Cryptocurrency Limitations

Due to the decentralized nature of cryptocurrency, deposit limits cannot be enforced for crypto transactions. Players may pause gaming activity or request voluntary controls via customer support.

3.10. Withdrawal Policy

Withdrawals must be made using the same payment method as your deposit. Crypto withdrawals remain available regardless of deposit method. This ensures secure and compliant transactions.

4. Depositing into Your Highballers Account

4.1. Funding Your Account

To play, you must load your account with funds using Bitcoin or other supported currencies. All deposits must be made from an account, payment system, or credit card registered in your own name.

4.2. Promotional Offers and Bonus Funds

Highballers may award bonuses such as a welcome bonus under specific conditions outlined on the website. Where both real and bonus balances exist, real funds are always used first. By accepting any promotional or bonus offer, you agree to the Terms of Bonuses and the terms of each specific promotion.

4.3. Accepted Deposit Methods

Deposits can be made from your personal crypto wallet or other approved sources. Limits vary depending on the method and are displayed during the deposit process.

4.4. Highballers is Not a Financial Institution

Your Highballers account does not accrue interest and is not a bank account. It is therefore not guaranteed, insured, or otherwise protected by any deposit or banking insurance system. Deposits are credited after confirmation, and all deposits must be confirmed before withdrawals are processed.

4.5. Identity Verification (KYC)

To ensure compliance, Highballers may request identity verification at any time, including official ID, a selfie with ID, proof of address, or other documentation. Submitting false documents will result in seizure of deposits and/or winnings and may be reported to relevant authorities.

4.6. Use of Personal Payment Sources

Only personal, verified payment methods are permitted. The account holder's name must match the payment source. Using third-party payment methods may cause suspension or transaction failure. Virtual cards are generally not supported unless proof of ownership is provided.

4.7. Minimum Cryptocurrency Deposit

Deposits below the minimum threshold shown on the deposit screen cannot be credited or refunded.

4.8. International Deposit Notes

Your bank may charge conversion or processing fees. Highballers is not responsible for such costs. Internet gambling may be illegal in the jurisdiction in which you are located; if so, you are not authorized to use your payment method to deposit on this site.

4.9. Promotional Communications

You may unsubscribe from marketing emails at any time. Essential service-related notifications, such as security updates, will still be sent.

5. Withdrawing from Your Highballers Account

5.1. Withdrawal Timeframes

Highballers processes withdrawals as quickly as possible, often within 20 minutes. Only one withdrawal may be approved per player within any 24-hour period for operational and compliance reasons.

5.2. Crypto Withdrawals

Cryptocurrency withdrawals require at least one blockchain confirmation. Processing times depend on network congestion and applicable transaction fees.

5.3. Withdrawal Limits

Highballers applies standard withdrawal limits to ensure secure and compliant payment processing. Withdrawal limits may vary depending on the player's VIP status or tier level and may be increased for VIP players at Highballers' discretion. Unless otherwise approved, the following limits apply:

5.4. Anti-Money Laundering Compliance

You must wager your full deposit at least once before a withdrawal can be processed. You are responsible for reporting and paying any applicable taxes on your winnings.

5.5. Misapplied Account Credits

Funds mistakenly credited to your account remain the property of Highballers and will be removed from your balance. If already withdrawn, you must repay the amount immediately upon notification.

5.6. Refund and Cancellation Policy

All wagers are final. Once a bet is placed, no refunds or cancellations are possible, except where a match result is overturned by the relevant governing body within the payout period, in which case all stakes will be refunded.

5.7. Additional KYC Procedures

Before any withdrawal, Highballers may request additional verification documents including passport, national ID, or utility bill, for both fiat and crypto users. As part of KYC, Highballers may also contact you by phone. If you are unreachable within 14 days, your account may be temporarily locked and the withdrawal suspended.

5.8. Currency and Transaction Charges

Highballers operates in USD. Your bank or payment provider may apply conversion or processing fees beyond our control. All such costs are the player's responsibility.

5.9. Crypto Network Misuse

Highballers is not responsible for transactions sent to the wrong blockchain network. Players are solely responsible for ensuring correct network selection when making cryptocurrency transactions.

5.10. Verification for Large Wins

Large winnings may trigger verification with the relevant game provider, potentially extending processing time.

5.11. Withdrawal Fees

Most withdrawal methods are fee-free. Certain e-wallets may incur a fee of up to 5%. External bank or exchange fees may also apply and are the player's responsibility.

6. Account Closure

6.1. Closing Your Account Voluntarily

You may close your account at any time by contacting customer support. Remaining deposited funds will be refunded minus any applicable fees.

6.2. Closure Initiated by Highballers

Highballers may close accounts with or without prior notice. Refunds will be issued where applicable. Highballers is not required to provide a reason for account closure.

6.3. Proof of Age Requirement

Highballers may request proof of age at any time. Failure to verify age will result in account restriction or closure. Any winnings accumulated while underage will be retained, and deposited funds may be withheld at Highballers' discretion until the player reaches legal age.

6.4. Inactive Account Policy

Accounts with no activity for 12 consecutive months will be marked as inactive. Highballers does not charge any inactivity fees. You may reactivate your account at any time by contacting customer support.

6.5. Restricted Country Accounts

Players from restricted countries are not eligible for bonuses, VIP programs, or loyalty benefits. Withdrawals or refunds from restricted regions may not be processed.

7. Player Responsibilities

7.1. Eligibility Confirmation

By registering, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old, or of the legal age to gamble in your jurisdiction, and that your participation complies with all applicable local laws.

7.2. Non-Commercial Use

All gameplay on Highballers must be for personal entertainment only. Professional or commercial use of our services is strictly prohibited.

7.3. Account Ownership

You confirm that you are acting entirely on your own behalf and not representing any third party. All information you provide must be accurate and kept up to date. You are responsible for maintaining the security and accuracy of your account details at all times.

7.4. Tax Responsibility

Any taxes on your winnings are your personal responsibility, as required by the laws of your country or region. Highballers is not responsible for any tax obligations arising from your use of the platform.

7.5. Acknowledgement of Risk

You acknowledge that gambling involves financial risk, including the potential loss of all deposited funds. Highballers is not liable for any resulting losses.

7.6. Fraud and Software Tampering

You must not engage in fraudulent activity, collusion, or the use of software tools, bots, or devices to gain an unfair advantage. Violations may result in account suspension, forfeiture of winnings, and legal action.

7.7. Cryptocurrency Volatility

You acknowledge that cryptocurrency values may fluctuate due to market conditions. Highballers is not liable for any gains or losses related to such volatility.

7.8. Third-Party Payment Prohibition

All deposits must originate from payment methods registered in your name. If third-party payment is detected, the deposit may be reversed and any associated winnings forfeited.

7.9. No Account Sharing or Transfers

Account sharing, trading, or transferring of funds between accounts is strictly prohibited. This includes the transfer of winnings, deposits, claims, or account rights, whether through sale, gift, legal maneuvering, or any other arrangement.

7.10. Respectful Conduct

You must treat all players and Highballers staff with respect and courtesy at all times. Abusive, obscene, or disruptive behavior may lead to account suspension.

7.11. Transaction Errors

If a bet or payment is processed incorrectly, Highballers reserves the right to correct the error and adjust any affected outcomes accordingly. You are under an obligation to inform us immediately upon becoming aware of any error.

7.12. Reporting Software Bugs

You must not exploit bugs or vulnerabilities on the platform. Any such findings must be reported to Highballers immediately. Exploiting issues may result in financial liability and account sanctions.

7.13. Game Malfunctions

In the event of a system failure or game malfunction, all bets may be rendered void. Highballers reserves the right to void affected bets and refund or re-evaluate any related credits based on investigation results or provider decisions.

7.14. Betting Limits and Balance Control

You may not wager more than your available balance. Highballers may limit or reject wagers at its discretion to ensure fair and responsible play.

8. Privacy and Data Protection

Your data is collected solely for gaming activity management, account administration, customer support, and legal and regulatory compliance. Only authorized personnel have access to your information.

8.4. Third-Party Sharing

Highballers does not sell or distribute personal data except where necessary to complete your request — such as processing withdrawals or identity verification — or where legally required.

You have the right to access, correct, or request deletion of your personal data in accordance with applicable data protection laws.

8.7. Publicity of Major Wins

If you win a significant prize deemed notable by Highballers, you consent to reasonable publicity related to that win. Highballers reserves the right to publish your first name and the initial of your surname in promotional materials or on the website. Your full personal details will remain protected at all times.

8.8. Promotional Communication

Highballers may send marketing updates about new features, services, or promotions. You may opt out at any time via your account settings. Essential account-related notifications will still be delivered regardless of your marketing preferences.

9. Complaints and Dispute Resolution

9.1. Submitting Complaints

If you have a complaint, please contact our Customer Support team using the methods listed on the Highballers website, using your registered email address in all communications.

9.2. Handling Process

Complaints are handled by our support team in the first instance and, if unresolved, escalated internally. You will be kept informed throughout the process. We aim to respond to all queries within 28 days of receipt.

9.3. Final Authority of Server Records

In any dispute, Highballers' server records are final and binding in determining outcomes. If results shown on your screen differ from server data, the server record will prevail.

9.4. Time Limitation

Any claims or disputes must be lodged within three (3) days from the date the wager in question was settled. No claims will be honoured after this period. Any broader legal claims must be initiated within one (1) year from the event giving rise to the claim.

9.5. Original Account Holder Requirement

Complaints may only be filed by the original account holder. Transferred or third-party complaints will be dismissed.

9.6. Arbitration

Should all efforts to resolve a dispute to the customer's satisfaction fail, the customer has the right to have the matter settled via arbitration. All disputes between you and Highballers shall be resolved exclusively through arbitration.

10. Limitation of Liability

10.1. Use at Your Own Risk

All Highballers services are provided on an "as is" basis and are used entirely at your own risk. Highballers does not guarantee that the platform is error-free or continuously available, and makes no warranty for uninterrupted service.

10.2. Extent of Liability

To the extent permitted by applicable law, Highballers will not be liable for any direct, indirect, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform. In the event that Highballers is held liable for any matter under these Terms, our total aggregate liability shall not exceed the value of the bets placed via your account in respect of the relevant event, or €500 in aggregate, whichever is lower.

10.3. Indemnity

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Highballers and its affiliates against any claims, damages, or liabilities arising from your use of the platform or your breach of these Terms.

10.4. Force Majeure

Highballers cannot be held liable for any failure or delay in providing the Service due to events beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of God, war, trade or labor disputes, power failure, government action, or failure of telecommunications services. In such events, Highballers reserves the right to cancel or suspend the Service without incurring liability.

10.5. No Financial or Investment Advice

Nothing on the site constitutes financial or investment advice. You should seek independent counsel before making financial decisions. Highballers does not endorse external websites linked from its platform.

11. Breaches and Termination

11.1. Breach Consequences

If you violate these Terms, Highballers may refuse registration, suspend or terminate your account, withhold winnings, or use account balances to cover damages caused by the breach. Highballers retains final authority to determine whether a breach has occurred, and all such decisions are binding.

11.2. Legal Action

Highballers will seek criminal and contractual sanctions against any customer involved in fraud, dishonesty, or criminal acts. We will withhold payment to any customer where any of these are suspected. The customer shall be liable to reimburse Highballers for all costs, charges, or losses sustained, including direct, indirect, or consequential losses, arising from such conduct.

12. Advantage Play Policy

12.1. Abuse of Bonuses

If Highballers determines that a player has exploited a bonus or promotional offer solely to create a positive expected value through methods classified as advantage play, we reserve the right to cancel all associated winnings, revoke bonuses, and close the player's account.

12.2. Examples of Advantage Play

Prohibited behaviors include but are not limited to: delaying bonus rounds or free spins until after wagering requirements are fulfilled, and depositing additional funds while bonuses remain active to bypass restrictions. Any attempts to manipulate bonus mechanics may lead to confiscation of funds and account closure.

12.3. Mixing of Funds

Mixing of funds is strictly prohibited. Players are not permitted to make a new deposit, claim a bonus, or redeem a free promotion while another deposit, bonus, or free promotion remains active. Your current balance must be reduced to less than $1 / €1 before initiating a new deposit or claiming any new offer. Violations may result in the forfeiture of bonuses, winnings, and account suspension at Highballers' discretion.

13. Refund Policy

13.1. Refund Requests

Refund requests must be submitted within 24 hours of the original transaction, or within 30 days if the request involves unauthorized account access.

13.2. Refund Calculation

Before issuing any refund, Highballers will deduct all applied bonuses and any winnings derived from such bonuses to determine the refundable amount. High-risk or suspicious transactions may be reversed and reported to relevant authorities.

14. Anti-Fraud Policy

14.1. Fraud Prevention Measures

Highballers actively monitors for and combats fraudulent behavior including but not limited to: collusion with other users, exploiting software bugs or promotional loopholes, unauthorized chargebacks, duplicate or false accounts, and the submission of fake documents or registration data.

14.2. Account Actions and Reporting

If fraud is suspected, or if a player declares bankruptcy in their jurisdiction, Highballers may terminate the account, suspend payouts, and withhold funds, and may report the incident to regulatory or legal authorities.

14.3. Chargeback Consequences

In the event of a chargeback, Highballers reserves the right to deduct the value of the chargeback from your account, recover any financial losses from you through your registered contact details, and permanently close your account with all related winnings voided.

15. Intellectual Property

15.1. Ownership of Content

All site content — including text, graphics, software, music, and videos — is protected by copyright law and is owned by or licensed to Highballers. You may download or print content for personal, non-commercial use only. Commercial use requires prior written consent.

15.2. No Transfer of Rights

Using the platform does not grant you any ownership or licensing rights over Highballers' intellectual property. Use of Highballers' logos, names, or trademarks without written permission is prohibited.

16. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable by a competent authority, that provision shall be modified to allow enforcement in line with the original intent to the fullest extent permitted by applicable law. The validity and enforceability of all remaining provisions shall not be affected.

17. Assignment of Agreement

Highballers may assign or delegate its rights and obligations to a third party without notice or consent. You may not transfer or delegate your rights or obligations under these Terms without prior written approval from Highballers.

18. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

18.1. Effective Date

These Terms and Conditions take effect as of May 1, 2026. By continuing to use the Highballers website, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to them.

18.2. Legal Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of Costa Rica and the licensing regulations of the State of Anjouan in the Union of Comoros. All legal disputes arising from or related to these Terms shall fall under the relevant jurisdiction as determined by applicable law.
