Self-Exclusion Policy

Self-Exclusion Policy

Highballers is committed to promoting responsible gambling and supporting players who feel they need to take a break. Our Self-Exclusion Policy is designed to give players full control over their gaming activity and to ensure that help is always accessible when needed.

What is Self-Exclusion?

Self-exclusion is a voluntary measure that allows you to restrict your own access to Highballers for a defined or indefinite period of time. Once activated, your account will be blocked and you will be unable to log in, place bets, or access any of our services for the duration of your chosen exclusion period.

How to Request Self-Exclusion

You may request self-exclusion at any time by contacting our Customer Support team via live chat or by emailing support@highballers.io from your registered email address. Please clearly state that you wish to self-exclude and specify your preferred exclusion period. Your request will be actioned within 24 hours of receipt.

Exclusion Periods

We offer the following self-exclusion periods: 1 month, 3 months, 6 months, 1 year, or permanent exclusion. If no specific period is requested, a minimum exclusion of 6 months will be applied by default.

What Happens During Self-Exclusion

Once your self-exclusion is active, Highballers will take all reasonable steps to ensure your account is blocked and inaccessible. You will be removed from all marketing and promotional communications for the duration of your exclusion. Any remaining balance in your account at the time of exclusion will be held securely and made available to you upon the conclusion of your exclusion period, subject to our standard verification procedures.

Opening New Accounts

During your self-exclusion period, you must not attempt to open a new account with Highballers. Should we identify that a new account has been opened by a self-excluded player, that account will be closed immediately and any funds or winnings may be forfeited. We make every reasonable effort to detect and prevent this, however we cannot be held liable for access gained through the deliberate provision of false information.

Lifting a Self-Exclusion

For exclusions of a fixed duration, your account may be reactivated upon the natural expiry of the exclusion period. You may be required to confirm your wish to return and complete a brief reactivation process. Permanent exclusions are irreversible and cannot be lifted under any circumstances. We strongly encourage you to reflect carefully before requesting a permanent exclusion.

Cooling-Off Periods

If you feel you need a shorter break without committing to a full self-exclusion, Highballers also offers cooling-off periods of 24 hours, 48 hours, or 7 days. During a cooling-off period your account will be temporarily suspended. To request a cooling-off period, contact our support team using the same process as self-exclusion.

Additional Support

If you are concerned about your gambling habits, we encourage you to reach out to independent organisations that offer free, confidential support including Gamblers Anonymous at www.gamblersanonymous.org, BeGambleAware at www.begambleaware.org, and GamCare at www.gamcare.org.uk.

Highballers is here to ensure that gambling remains an enjoyable and responsible experience for all of our players. If you ever feel it is becoming anything less, please do not hesitate to reach out.
